The Erickson All-Sports Facility (EASF) is the largest community-wide construction project in the State of West Virginia! Currently underway in Parkersburg, the project was officially begun in August 1993 by a volunteer citizen group now incorporated as the EASF Development Corporation. The impetus for such a massive effort was twofold: A lack of adequate athletic facilities to meet the demands for use in the mid-Ohio Valley; and the fact that Parkersburg South High School, one of the largest high schools in West Virginia, did not have a "home" field athletic facility. It was time to fulfill those needs -- it was time to do the right thing for our kids!
